Dominic became a Vice President and a Principal of S-F in 2005. With his strong engineering and business background, he has successfully managed and delivered multiple “turnkey” concept-to-production products in such categories as office products, medical equipment, housewares and plumbing.  He has advanced technical skills and a strong engineering aptitude in product design and manufacturing operations.  Dominic is an organized and meticulous project manager who has a track record of keeping tight schedules intact and budget management.  Prior to his Sundberg-Ferar career, Dominic had eight years experience with automotive interiors, exteriors, and fuel systems.
