Mark Duer

Director, Business Development

Mark comes from a diverse background in the automotive category at dealerships, OEMs, and with tier one suppliers, having roles in service, sales, research and product development.  Most recently, Mark was the director of Design Research for Visteon Automotive. 

With his deep background in design research, Mark counsels clients on ways generative research can be applied to reveal consumer’s latent desires, providing dynamic insights into the emotional influences and behavioral components motivating individuals in their decision-making. At a project’s inception, Mark works closely with clients and Sundberg-Ferar’s engineering, research and design teams, cultivating a collaborative environment which promotes the open exchange of thought and ensures specifications are correctly captured and technical requirements accurate.
He is dedicated to building authentic relationships, which is reflected through his efforts in helping others make a difference; personally and professionally.
